In fact, Jean Carton, awarded the Blumenthal Prize in 1946, quickly multiplied exhibitions in the world and prestigious commissions. Amongst the most named: the bust of president Bourguiba and Les Jumelles, a sculpture that is in the gardens of the Palais de l’ Élysée.
